HR Business Partner

We are working with a well-established and highly regarded organisation that is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join its collaborative HR team. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a broad generalist role where you will partner with senior leaders, influence people strategy, and lead talent acquisition across multiple sites.

This position offers a fantastic blend of operational and strategic HR, giving you the opportunity to shape best practice across the full employee lifecycle while driving recruitment, talent development and organisational change.

Location: Hampshire – Office based Monday - Friday (with travel between local sites)

Salary: £45-46,000 per annum
