HR Business Partner

Loom Talent are partnering with a market-leading organisation who are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their People Partnering team, supporting their Warehouse, Logistics and Distribution arm. Reporting into the Head of HR, you'll partner closely with the Head of Logistics and Warehouse leadership team, playing a key role in shaping and delivering the people agenda across a large and complex operational environment. This is a high-impact, hands-on partnering role where you'll be working closely with leaders and managers to improve performance, support change, strengthen capability and deliver people solutions that genuinely support operational excellence. The role will include: Partner with the Warehouse leadership team to deliver a people plan aligned to wider business objectives Provide hands-on support across ER, performance management, talent and employee engagement Coach and upskill managers, helping to build capability and confidence across the operation Lead and support change initiatives, ensuring they are effectively communicated, implemented and embedded Develop and implement people-focused solutions, tools and initiatives that improve performance Use people data and insight to identify trends, recommend actions and drive positive change Work collaboratively with the wider People team and Business Partnering function Be a visible and credible People presence across the Warehouse, helping to create a positive and high-performing environment
What we are looking for:
Experience working as a HR Business Partner/People Partner within a large, fast-paced operational environment Ideally, someone who has worked within Warehouse, Logistics, Retail or another similarly complex environment Experience of working within a unionised setting would be advantageous A strong generalist HR background, particularly around ER, performance, change and employee engagement
