What You'll Be Doing

As a trusted HR partner, you'll provide practical, commercially focused advice and support to a wide range of organisations.


Your work will include:



  • Advising managers and business leaders on HR and employment law matters


Supporting employee relations cases and workplace challenges


Reviewing and enhancing HR policies, procedures, and frameworks


Supporting recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development


Helping organisations create positive, high-performing workplace cultures


Delivering HR projects and organisational change initiatives


Building strong client relationships and becoming a trusted advisor


Contributing ideas and solutions that improve business performance and people outcomes

Travel & Working Pattern

This is a hybrid position combining home working, office collaboration, and client engagement.



  • Typically three days per week spent either in the office or on client sites


Team collaboration days twice per month


Most travel is within the Greater Belfast area


Full driving licence and access to a vehicle required
