HR Consultant (Freelance) - Ongoing Assignments
Qualified Freelance HR Manager/Consultant.
The company offers advice, support and guidance on all Human Resource and People Management issues and gets involved in one off project or provide on-going consultancy to support their clients.
Contracted hours can vary but should be around 14-15 hours per week to start with.
The role will involve occasional visits to client sites primarily within the Tyrone / Mid Ulster / Ballymena / Antrim areas.
THE PERSON
- Level 5 CIPD or Associate member status achieved
- Third Level Degree Educated either in Human Resource Management/Business or in a similar related field.
- 5 years plus experience in an HR role
- Attendance Management experience
- Recruitment Experience
- Up to date knowledge of employment law
- Experience providing coaching and support to colleagues in casework
- Managing complex employee relation matters within a manufacturing/FMCG environment.
- Ability to manage high volumes of complex casework and prioritise workload to meet business needs
- Ability to identify and pro-actively assess and mitigate risk
- Coaching and influencing skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly open nature and a genuine desire to be of assistance to Line Managers, employees and HR Managers
- Strong administration skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft excel, word, PowerPoint
- A full drivers license with access to a car
Desirable Criteria
- Level 7 CIPD or chartered member status achieved or working towards this.
HOURLY RATE
A rate for each assignment will be agreed within the range of £25 - £35 per hour based on project, experience levels etc.
