Our client is seeking an experiencedHR Coordinatorto assist heavily with theRecruitment & Onboardingprocesses. Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm Salary £29,000 - £30,000 per annum.
NO HYBRID WORKING.
Duties
- Act as the main contact for applicants, providing a professional and positive recruitment
- Manage full recruitment Supporting hiring managers through the recruitment process.
- Arranging interviews, new starter welcome packs, and onboarding.
- Organise induction activities and support new employees during their transition.
- Ensuring full compliance with safeguarding regulations, employment law and legislation.
- Complete pre-employment checks, including Right to Work and visa documentation where required.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure all documentation is completed.
