HR Coordinator: Elevate Onboarding, Payroll & People Ops

Elemental Energies is seeking an HR Coordinator to support the HR Manager in delivering HR processes and strategies that align with business goals. You will onboard new hires, manage contracts, and ensure background checks are completed to support a positive employee experience.

You will maintain HRIS data, generate reports for senior leadership, assist with payroll coordination across multiple entities, and support international projects and compliance with UK GDPR.
