Reporting to the Head of HR, you’ll lead a small team and play a key role in delivering a people strategy that supports business growth and performance. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the HR team, ensuring the team are high performing and focused on the customer
• Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver people strategies and initiatives that support growth
• Lead on complex ER matters including organisation change, restructures and consultations
• Oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance with up to date UK employment legislation
