Reporting into the Interim MD, this is a fantastic opportunity to shape the HR function as the business expands. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, managers, and colleagues across the business to deliver effective HR processes and ensure compliance with UK employment legislation.Role Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, providing clear, timely HR advice and support.
• Partner with line managers to develop effective people leadership, offering guidance, coaching, and support on employee matters.
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising vacancies, interviewing, onboarding, and issuing employment contracts.
• Manage employee relations cases, including investigations, disciplinary, grievance, and performance matters, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, right-to-work requirements, employment contracts, HR policies, and internal audits.
