HR Operations Officer - Hybrid, Onboarding & Recruitment

MCS Group is partnering with a leading organisation to appoint an HR Operations Officer in Belfast on a permanent basis. You will drive day-to-day HR operations, owning recruitment and onboarding while optimising HR systems to enhance the employee experience.

As part of the People team, you will manage HRIS platforms, produce reports, and collaborate across multiple sites to support operational HR activities, with a hybrid working pattern and a competitive benefits package.
