HR Operations & Onboarding Specialist

University of St Andrews is seeking a highly organised, proactive administrator to support our Human Resources team. The role covers a broad range of HR processes and staff enquiries, with responsibility for contractual changes and accuracy of staff records.

The post is currently fixed-term and offers a secondment opportunity to broaden experience. It will be based at Eden Campus, Guardbridge, with a hybrid working environment including partial homeworking where appropriate.
