HR Partner: 4-Day Week, Employee Experience Lead

Hunter Savage is recruiting a proactive HR Officer in Derry/Londonderry for a stand-alone, permanent role. You will work a 4-day week (38 hours, Monday–Thursday) and play a pivotal role in HR operations, employee engagement, and talent management across the organisation.

The position offers exposure to recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations in a collaborative environment, with opportunities to lead initiatives and drive culture and growth.
