HR & Payroll Coordinator Location: Rayleigh Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Benefits Contract: Full Time, Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm - Fully office based Key Responsibilities Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employment documentation. Coordinate all stages of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding. Support high-volume recruitment campaigns across multiple locations. Review and improve HR processes and procedures. Input payroll information including hours, overtime, and bonus data. Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems, ensuring GDPR compliance. Coordinate employee training and e-learning programmes. Support employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, attendance, and performance processes. Provide first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees. Assist with employee engagement initiatives and internal communications. Support health and safety administration and compliance activities. Skills & Experience Minimum of 2 years' experience in a generalist HR role. Strong understanding of HR processes and employment law principles. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when managing employee records and data. Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally. Highly organised with excellent time management and prioritisation skills. Able to work independently and manage a varied workload. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. Full UK driving licence preferred for occasional site visits. What's on Offer?
