HR & People Operations Coordinator

McLaughlin & Harvey is seeking an HR Administrator to support a busy HR function on high value projects in the UK. You will coordinate onboarding, promotions, leavers, payroll, and record-keeping while handling employee queries and providing timely HR support.

The role involves recruitment activities, pre-employment checks, health surveillance coordination, and collaboration with SHEQ & Learning & Development. Strong Excel and MS Office skills are essential.
