This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional who enjoys balancing operational HR, recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, and people development within a fast-paced and growing business. The Role As HR & Recruitment Lead, you will manage the full employee lifecycle, from attraction and onboarding through to employee relations, payroll administration support, organisational change projects, and learning & development initiatives. You will become a trusted advisor to managers and employees, ensuring compliance, consistency, and best practice across all HR processes.
