Iconic Resourcing are delighted to be supporting 3t in the appointment of an HR & Recruitment Lead to join their growing HR team. This is an opportunity to join an international business operating in a specialist and fast-moving sector, with the scope to take ownership of a broad HR remit and make a visible impact across the organisation.

This is a broad, hands-on HR role where you’ll work closely with managers across the business, supporting everything from recruitment and onboarding through to employee relations, payroll, learning and development and organisational change.
