HR & Resourcing Lead — People & Recruitment Leader

Priory Group at Llanarth Court in Abergavenny, Wales, is seeking an HR & Resourcing Lead on a permanent, full-time basis. The role provides hands-on HR support across the site and collaborates with senior management to ensure HR processes run smoothly.

You will lead recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement, manage absence and employee relations, maintain HR records and advise managers on policies. CIPD qualification is desirable.
