HR Systems Analyst | Workday Specialist ?? Hybrid Working | Financial Services Are you an experienced HR Systems Analyst with strong Workday expertise? We're looking for a talented HR systems professional to play a key role in the ongoing development, configuration, and optimisation of a Workday environment. You'll work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver system enhancements, support reporting and analytics, and drive continuous improvement across the HR technology landscape. What we're looking for: Strong Workday experience (implementation and/or BAU support) Hands-on configuration experience across Workday modules Advanced reporting and dashboard development skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Experience working with HR data, integrations, and system improvements This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative team and contribute to a major HR technology transformation programme.
