HSE Advisor: Construction & Energy Projects

Windward Energy is seeking an experienced HSE Specialist to coordinate Health, Safety and Environment activities across BEL development and delivery projects in Cardiff. You will provide practical HSE advice to project teams, support CDM duties, and conduct site visits to ensure compliant, safe delivery from concept through handover.

The role involves developing HSE systems, coordinating with WEL Group colleagues, and driving continuous improvement while promoting a practical HSE culture across
