GDS Partners are recruiting an EHS Advisor on behalf of a leading M&E Contractor for a permanent position based in Bristol, UK.

About the Role:
Permanent position based in Bristol, UK
Opportunity to work on major M&E and construction projects

Salary of £45,000 - £55,000 + Package (DOE)
Excellent long-term career progression Main Duties Will Include, But Not Be Limited To:
Carry out regular site inspections, audits, and workplace risk assessments
Promote a proactive Health, Safety, and Environmental culture across all project teams
Ensure compliance with company procedures and UK Health & Safety legislation
Review RAMS, permits to work, and other site safety documentation
Support site management teams with Health & Safety advice and guidance
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
Deliver toolbox talks, site inductions, and safety briefings
Monitor subcontractor compliance and maintain high HSE standards across the site
Produce HSE reports and maintain accurate site records
Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies where required Requirements:
Relevant Health & Safety qualification, e.g. Degree or NEBOSH
Previous experience within the construction or M&E sector
Good understanding of UK Health & Safety legislation and CDM Regulations
Experience carrying out site audits, inspections, and incident investigations
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Full UK Driving Licence Salary & Benefits:
£45,000 - £55,000 + Package
