HSE Manager - 6 month contract

The role – Contract Health and Safety Specialist

You will have a highly varied role and will be responsible for working in a hands-on capacity, conducting audits, identifying compliance gaps, implementing effective solutions, and driving continuous improvement to maintain regulatory compliance and inspection readiness across multiple production and office-based sites.

Your duties and responsibilities will include;

• Support all stakeholders to ensure all operational activities meet company, client and relevant industry / regulatory requirements
• To oversee and monitor the HSE activities to ensure all companywide groups are effectively supported.
• Build effective relationships with all internal and external stakeholder groups
• Lead all activities required to ensure the organisation is at a consistent inspection-ready status
• Ensure compliance gaps are resolved and improvements identified and embedded
• Complete formal H&S inspections and audits and produce and update all corrective actions
