Health, Safety and Environment Manager London/ Hybrid/ International travel Permanent £55,000-£65,000 plus benefits We are delighted to be partnering with Formula E, the world's fastest-growing motorsport championship, to recruit an experienced Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Manager. The Role As HSE Manager, you will lead Health, Safety and Environmental planning and delivery for assigned Formula E races across the international championship calendar. Working closely with Event Directors, contractors, local consultants and internal stakeholders, you will ensure events are delivered safely, effectively and in line with Formula E's high operational standards. Key responsibilities include: Leading HSE delivery for allocated international race events. Conducting risk assessments and reviewing contractor RAMS. Developing safety, fire and evacuation plans. Monitoring onsite HSE compliance and managing incident investigations. Supporting ISO14001, ISO45001 and ISO20121 management systems. Delivering HSE training and guidance across the business. Supporting budgeting, procurement and post-event reporting. About You The right to work in the UK. Sponsorship is not available.  A minimum Level 3 Health & Safety qualification (NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent). Membership of IOSH, IIRSM, IEMA or a similar professional body. Experience managing health, safety and/or environmental programmes, ideally within events, construction, sport or live environments. Strong stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills. A practical, solutions-focused approach.
