Health & Safety Manager £65,000 + Company Car | Swadlincote | Nationwide Travel D7 Recruitment are working with an established client to recruit an experienced Health & Safety Manager to take ownership of the health and safety function across the business. This is a broad role offering the opportunity to work closely with senior management and operational teams, ensuring the business remains compliant while continuing to improve health and safety standards, processes and culture. The Role As Health & Safety Manager, you will lead the day-to-day health and safety function while also developing and implementing the wider health and safety strategy. You will provide practical advice and support across the business, ensuring effective systems are in place and that health and safety is embedded throughout operations. The role will cover compliance, risk management, auditing, incident investigation, training and continuous improvement, with nationwide travel required.
