* Prior experience in a construction environment would be perfect!
* Health & Safety experience also great
* Strong administration skills & IT literate (Microsoft/VISIO)
* General support to HSE Director/ Regular PA duties
* Organise and prepare monthly report data
* Schedule meetings and send out relevant post meeting information
* Draft and edit templates for letters /documents as required
* Prepare tender documentaion on a regular basis
* Ability to multi-task in an ever changing work environment essential
