Our client, a leading manufacturer based in Camberley, is looking for a Digital Marketing & CRM Specialist! The successful candidate will become the internal subject matter expert for HubSpot and play a central role in developing marketing automation, analytics, AI-enabled tools, and digital best practices across the business. Digital Marketing & CRM Specialist Up to £60,000 DOE Monday – Thursday 07.30-16.00, and 07.30-13.30 on a Friday. Permanent Camberley Digital Marketing & CRM Specialist Job Description Own and optimise HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub functionality, including workflows, lead management, automation, reporting, and campaign tracking. Build dashboards and provide actionable insights to support marketing and sales performance. Support sales enablement through HubSpot training, KPI reporting, and integration with connected platforms and APIs. Apply AI tools and marketing technologies to improve efficiency, segmentation, reporting, and customer engagement.
