Hourly Rate: £57 PAYE or £76.98 Umbrella
Working Arrangements: Hybrid Working: Minimum 3 days per week on-site

Key Responsibilities
Support the lead Human Factors specialist in integrating Human Factors across the TRINITY design programme Facilitate workshops, trials and User-Centred Design activities with end users and key stakeholders Assess Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) equipment against system requirements and user needs Evaluate prototypes and mock-ups of hardware and software solutions Conduct Human Factors analyses including:
Task Analysis Human Error Analysis Usability Assessments Workload Assessments
Perform anthropometric assessments and support workspace/workstation design activities Support integration testing and verification activities Produce technical reports and contribute to customer deliverables Collaborate within a multidisciplinary engineering environment to support system development and integration About You To be considered, you'll ideally have: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Factors, Ergonomics, Psychology, Engineering or a related discipline Registered membership of the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics & Human Factors (CIEHF), or eligibility to achieve Chartered status A minimum of 5 years' experience applying Human Factors methodologies within Defence or another safety-critical industry Strong working knowledge of Def Stan 00-251 Experience working on complex system integration and development programmes Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills If you're passionate about Human Factors and want to make a tangible impact on a critical defence programme, we'd love to hear from you.
