Human Resources Generalist

We're looking for aSenior HR Generalistto join a busy, fast-paced HR function supporting a large, established organisation currently going through significant transformation.

This is a varied, face-to-face HR role. You'll be the go-to person for day-to-day ER/ HR support, working closely with the HR Director, managers and employees through a centralised case management model. You'll get hands-on exposure across, ER, compensation & benefits, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and HR reporting a great for someone looking to broaden their generalist experience without carrying a heavy ER caseload.

What you'll be doing

Supporting / coaching managers with regards to all aspects of HR

Coordinating onboarding and employee lifecycle activity, including system updates and documentation

Coordinating compensation and benefits

Producing HR analysis reports and data (strong Excel skills essential)

Contributing to knowledge base content and spotting opportunities to improve processes

Supervise and support the HR Officer

Managing HR cases end-to-end, from intake through resolution, keeping employees and managers updated along the way
