The Opportunity
Our client, a leading provider of facilities management services, is seeking an experienced
AC Engineer
to join their on-site engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled
AC Engineer
to work within a commercial environment, delivering high-quality maintenance and repair services across a range of HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities Carry out the PPM & reactive maintenance, servicing, and repair of HVAC, air conditioning, refrigeration, and cooling plant equipment within commercial buildings. Diagnose faults, troubleshoot equipment failures and implement effective repairs. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders Ensure all maintenance activities are completed within agreed SLAs and KPIs, following company procedures and delivering a high standard of service.
Requirements
Qualified Mechanical/Electrical Engineer with City & Guilds Parts 1 & 2 (or equivalent apprenticeship) and City & Guilds Level 2 F-Gas & ODS Category 1 certification (or equivalent). Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar maintenance or engineering role. Experienced using CAFM systems.
