Job Specification: HVAC Field EngineerLocation: UK wideJob Type: PermanentHours: Mon-Fri, Days (Flexible start/Finish times)Salary: £45,000 + overtimeApprox 10 hours overtime per weekThe Role* We are currently recruiting for a Product Support Engineer - HVAC to join an established team working across the UK rail industry.* This is a hands-on role focused on the maintenance, fault finding, servicing and repair of HVAC systems across a range of rolling stock.* You will work on a variety of rail vehicles and projects, including Class 158s, Class 174s, Mark 4s and other rolling stock.* The role involves extensive UK-wide travel, with a significant amount of lodging away from home.* The standard working week is 40 hours, with excellent opportunities for overtime. Engineers are currently averaging around 10 hours of overtime per week.Key Responsibilities* Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on rolling stock HVAC systems* Fault finding and diagnosing HVAC issues* Servicing, repairing and replacing HVAC components* Carrying out modifications and maintenance work on rail vehicles* Working safely and efficiently at customer sites across the UK* Completing maintenance documentation and reports* Supporting a variety of rolling stock projectsAbout You* We are looking for an experienced HVAC Engineer with previous hands-on experience working with HVAC systems.* Essential:o Previous HVAC engineering experienceo Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills...
