Hybrid Banking Counsel: Real Estate Finance & Bridge Loans

Michael Page Legal is seeking a Legal Counsel in Banking (Lending & Bridge Real Estate Finance) based in Manchester. This permanent role offers a predominantly remote / hybrid work arrangement to support complex lending transactions within a professional services setting.

The successful candidate will draft and negotiate facility agreements, advise on structuring and risk allocation, and coordinate with Investment, Underwriting, Credit and Operational teams to ensure timely transaction delivery.
