Hybrid Change Manager - Transformation & Stakeholder Lead

MCS Group is partnering with a leading public sector organisation in Northern Ireland to recruit an experienced Change Manager. This role will drive a major regional transformation, shaping change strategy and stakeholder engagement across people, processes and technology, with bases in Armagh or central Belfast.

You will lead the delivery of change plans, manage communications and engagement, and enable successful adoption of new ways of working across multiple teams and functions.
