Hybrid Commercial Manager, Produce, Horticulture & Bakery

Henderson Group in Newtownabbey is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead delivery across Produce, Horticulture and Bakery categories. You will work with independent retailers and the HWL Sales Team to improve participation, execution and commercial outcomes across the estate.

The role focuses on driving growth, optimizing promotions, and maintaining strong in-store standards while collaborating across Trading, Retail Ops, Space Planning, Logistics and Marketing. Hybrid working applies.
