Hybrid Field Operations Resource Lead

SSE's internal resources team in Scotland is seeking an experienced Internal Resource Manager to lead up to 25 field-based staff responsible for essential infrastructure projects, including new connections, reinforcement works and network restoration.

You will drive safety, quality and performance, manage day-to-day operations, and oversee resource planning, absence and holidays, with a car provided for work-related travel and potential eligibility for the company car scheme.
