Hybrid Grants Performance & Compliance Lead

Bridgend County Borough Council is recruiting for a role within the Central Grants Team. The post involves gathering and analysing data, outcomes and compliance for Early Intervention and Prevention grant-funded initiatives, delivered both internally and by third sector partners.

You will communicate effectively, provide solutions, and work to tight deadlines in a dynamic environment. The role supports hybrid working, with the Council applying a flexible model between home and office.
