Hybrid HR Advisor for Schools & Workforce Strategy

Essential Employment is seeking an HR Officer (Hybrid) in Crewe for a temporary, full-time contract. The role delivers workforce strategy support across Schools and the Client, handling recruitment, resourcing and retention.

You will undertake HR casework, advise managers to ensure legal compliance, and contribute to policies and procedures in line with current legislation. Strong employee relations and data analysis are required.
