Hybrid HR Associate Business Partner

Stirling Council is seeking an HR Associate Business Partner to support the People services function and provide professional advice on HR terms, policy, processes, journeys and transactions to ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.

You will have up-to-date knowledge of employment law, be working towards CIPD Associate Level 5, and contribute to the council's strategic HR initiatives. The role offers flexible hybrid working and a strong commitment to staff development.
