Hybrid HR Generalist (Europe & UK Onboarding)

IC Resources in Edinburgh is seeking an HR Generalist to join our fast-growing international engineering and technology company. Reporting to the European HR Manager, you will provide hands-on HR support across the UK and wider European operations.

This Edinburgh-based role is full-time with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote, covering recruitment, onboarding, payroll, HRIS, policy compliance and daily employee support in a dynamic tech environment.
