Hybrid HR Operations Specialist - Remote 2 Days/Week

Element Materials Technology in Edinburgh Park is seeking an experienced HR Operations Coordinator to join our EMEAA HR Shared Services team. You will provide HR transactional support to UK and Ireland operations and work with HR Business Partner teams.

You will help maintain HR systems, handle onboarding, contracts, and lifecycle documentation while promoting confidentiality and high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
