Hybrid HR & Recruitment Coordinator – Flexible Working

Cairn Housing Association is recruiting a Recruitment & People Coordinator to deliver a high-quality HR support service. The role is hybrid with locations across Bellshill and other Scotland sites, and the salary will rise after probation.

The successful candidate will coordinate generalist HR activities, provide first-line HR advice, manage HR data and reporting, and support payroll processes while ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.
