Hybrid In-House Commercial Counsel (Contracts & Compliance)

Shaneel Enterprises Ltd is seeking a commercially minded lawyer to join its in‑house legal team as Commercial Legal Counsel. The role reports to the Senior Legal Counsel and offers exposure to a broad range of contracts and business matters across the perfumes and cosmetics group.

You will draft and negotiate distribution, services, supply agreements, website terms and retailer contracts, advise marketing on campaigns, ensure regulatory compliance and data protection, with some travel in the UK.
