Hybrid Insurance Litigation Solicitor – Recoveries & Trials

Jobtailor in Bolton seeks a solicitor with Defendant insurance litigation experience to manage recoveries matters. The role covers reviewing disclosures, conducting investigations, drafting and attending conferences and trials with counsel.

You will liaise with clients and senior claims handlers, handle Part 36 negotiations, and work within SRA standards. The position offers a hybrid work pattern with 1 day in the Parklands office, 35 hours per week, typically 9am–5pm.
