Hybrid Legal Counsel – Commercial Litigation & Tech Risk

Core-Asset-Consulting in Edinburgh seeks an in-house Legal Counsel to join on a permanent basis. The role is hybrid, based in the office 3 days a week, with a focus on litigation and regulatory matters alongside commercial risk.

The successful candidate will provide legal advice globally on contentious work, investigations, complex contractual arrangements, and regulatory issues, partnering with business stakeholders and external counsel to manage risk and support strategic objectives.
