Hybrid Payroll Leader - UK Compliance & Systems

Capability Scotland is seeking a Payroll Business Partner to lead our payroll function alongside a colleague, ensuring 1000 employees are paid accurately and on time. The role combines hands-on processing with system improvements and advisory support.

Based in Edinburgh with hybrid working (up to 2-3 days in the office), the successful candidate will manage Payroll Officers, oversee HMRC interactions, pensions, and reporting, and drive continuous improvement across payroll services.
