Hybrid Product Engineer Lead – Risk & Control Platforms

Allstate NI is seeking a software engineer to design, build, and operate risk management products, collaborating with product managers and partner teams. You will own end-to-end capabilities, including architecture, deployment, and ongoing production support.

The role requires experience with React, Java, and Spring Boot within scalable distributed systems, and a strong habit of test‑driven development and CI/CD in a cloud-first environment. Hybrid work is available in Northern Ireland.
