Hybrid Regional Talent Acquisition Partner – Midlands & South

Arriva Limited is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to own recruitment for the Midlands & South division. The role is hybrid with three days on-site at Thurmaston or travel to sites, driving end-to-end recruitment for operational and engineering roles, especially drivers.

You’ll partner with HRBPs and leaders, shaping attraction strategies and ensuring a positive candidate experience while building capability and pipelines for future demand.
