Hybrid Reward & Payroll Specialist - 4-Month FTC

AG Barr is seeking a Reward & Payroll Specialist for a 4-month FTC in a hybrid role based in Cumbernauld. You will act as the technical escalation point for payroll, partnering with the outsourced provider to resolve complex queries while supporting reward and flexible benefits activity.

The role requires hands-on payroll experience, strong data skills in Excel/Google Sheets, and a self-sufficient, proactive approach. Availability for immediate start is advantageous in this initial assignment.
