Hybrid Site HR Partner - Generalist, People & Growth

Pertemps Network Group is seeking an experienced HR People Partner to support a key operational site in Scotland. You will provide generalist HR support across the full employee lifecycle, partnering with site leaders to deliver practical, commercially focused people solutions while ensuring legal compliance.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will lead recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and data integrity in HR systems, with occasional travel to other locations.
