Aon is seeking a Legal Counsel/Adviser specializing in Employment Law (UK) to join our team in either London or Manchester. You will advise on the full employee lifecycle and partner with HR to guide commercial decisions.

You will handle redundancy, TUPE, disciplinary and exits, and support policy development within a global, collaborative legal function. A hybrid working arrangement is available.
