Hybrid VP, Market Risk & Controls

Citi is seeking a Business Risk Officer - Vice President in Belfast to lead planning, execution and reporting of control testing across Markets Trading and Sales. You will coach a team, ensure timely delivery and provide constructive challenge to senior stakeholders on risk controls.

This hybrid role requires strong knowledge of market controls, regulatory expectations and leadership experience to drive rigorous testing standards and effective remediation across the three lines of defence.
