Job Description: Full Job Description – Hygiene Operative Location: Norwich Hours: 8:00pm – 6:00am Shift Pattern: 4 Days On, 4 Days Off (Including Weekends) Potential for Full-Time: Yes – Ongoing Opportunity Clements Young Ltd is currently recruiting for Hygiene Operatives to join our client in Norwich. Working within a busy food production environment, you'll be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the production area and ensuring the site meets strict food safety standards. Duties will include: * Cleaning and sanitising production areas and equipment * Deep cleaning machinery and production areas * Using cleaning chemicals safely and correctly * Following COSHH and health & safety procedures * Removing waste and keeping work areas clean and tidy * Cleaning floors, walls, machinery and other production surfaces * Following strict hygiene and food safety procedures * Wearing the required PPE at all times * Working as part of a team to complete cleaning schedules * Reporting any issues or maintenance requirements to the relevant person What we're looking for: * Previous cleaning or hygiene experience preferred * Food production or industrial cleaning experience is an advantage * Reliable and punctual * Good attention to detail * Able to work independently and as part of a team * Comfortable working in a busy production environment * Able to follow cleaning instructions and procedures * Good understanding of health & safety * Willing to work nights, weekends and a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern Pay: £12.71 - £13.00 per hour Working Hours: 8:00pm – 6:00am 4 Days On / 4 Days Off Includes weekends Ongoing work Apply Today If you're reliable, hardworking and looking for ongoing night work with the opportunity for full-time hours, we'd love to hear from you.
