Duties may include: * Personal care and hygiene support * Medication support * Moving and handling * Mobility and transfers * Meal preparation and support with eating and drinking * Monitoring health and wellbeing * Supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism * Supporting individuals with physical disabilities * Mental health and emotional support * Epilepsy and seizure management * Complex care support following appropriate training * Attending appointments * Community access and social activities * Promoting independence and daily living skills * Companionship and reassurance * Accurate completion of care records * Following care plans and risk assessments * Reporting concerns and safeguarding individuals Who Are We Looking For?
